I started my professional career as a software engineer with intensive involvement in the areas of software development and design. My requirement is to insert the membership details into CRM trhough MOSS and also retrive the same onto the portal when required. I would to achieve insert and display the customer information thorugh customely build webparts with in sharepoint but my data storage should be CRM. Any thoughts on this to implement.
I have read somewhere that I can achieve this by 2 ways 1) with MOSS BDC’s and 2) by writing the WebServices, which responsible to store and retreive the data between MOSS and CRM.
However I would need a very good article or a document which would help me in uderstand this entire process.
